Shipments
Orders will be delivered by DHL Express. Duty taxes are charged to the customer. If the threshold for free shipping is not reached, shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of your order. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days. During sales, festivities or special promotions, processing may take longer. All products purchased on divoboutique.com come from our official boutiques located in Pisa, Italy. Shipments are made on working days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding italian and local holidays. Orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday and between Saturday and Sunday will be processed from the following Monday.
Returns
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the items must be returned within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. Return shipping fees, as well as any duty taxes, are paid for by the customer. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. We do not accept products exchange.
