Alanui, an Italian brand specializing in luxury knitwear, was founded almost by chance in 2016 by siblings Nicolò and Carlotta Oddi. After Nicolò gifted Carlotta a vintage cardigan purchased at an American flea market, the two designers decided to launch their own high-fashion knitwear line. The Alanui women's collection is characterized by a boho-chic aesthetic, tribal and geometric patterns inspired by North American indigenous cultures, and its iconic oversized cardigans.
