Shipments are made on working days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding italian and local holidays. Returns
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the items must be returned within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. Return shipping fees, as well as any duty taxes, are paid for by the customer. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. We do not accept products exchange.
